The entire course is bordered by dunes, all very close to the famous beach at Maspalomas. The sea provides a slight breeze which makes playing the course a delight at any time of the year. It features an innovative two-storey driving range with a reach beyond 300 metres.

The Course has been designed for the celebration of big events. It is a very demanding course with big and fast greens and very long holes from the back tees with plenty of places for TV cameras but also bearing in mind the needs of everyday golfers (some holes have up to 6 tee boxes).

Recently inaugurated, this is one of the newest golf courses on the island of Gran Canaria. It is situated in a typical landscape of the southern part of the island, with ravines, volcanic earth, views of mountains and sea. The lush scenery and green gardens are in start contrast with the desert surroundings.

The 18 holes of this course are very varied and fun, call for careful precise strokes and give the player the chance to use all the clubs. The fairways are narrow and the predominant plants making up the rough are typical Canary Island flora such as mimosas, palm trees and Canary Island pine trees. The greens are well protected by many bunkers and the fairways are bordered by the crater of the volcano.

Set beside the south bank of the Tejo river, scarcely twenty minutes from Lisbon, Aroeira is a course that perfectly reconciles the requirements of a championship course whilst being set in beautiful landscape.

Palheiro Golf is situated some 10 km east of Funchal with magnificent views overlooking the town and bay. The 18-hole par 72 course skillfully set in the estate and parkland of the Quinta do Palheiro. Remarkable for its Bermuda fairways, fast greens and the presence of many spectacular mature trees, the course is a worthy challenge for all handicap levels.

The course is part links with sea lagoons and part parkland with the fairways forming avenues between the trees. You will be well entertained here by the flocks of colourful parakeets that have made their home in the tress. Set right on the beach you have magnificent views of the Mediterranean and the fairways are wide for the big hitters. Beware if the breeze gets up as this can easily catch you out.

Torrequebrada Golf Club is situated between the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains. It is rich in tropical vegetation and birds. One of the toughest on the Costa del Sol, it is known locally as “the Beast”. Many water hazards, large bunkers and unique greens. The large number of lakes and strategic placed bunkers, every hole is a different experience for the player.

There are some excellent holes; none better that the 441 yard par 4 Hole 1. A good drive is needed to avoid the trees on the right and the path on the left. The RMGC signature hole is the par 3 Hole 4, known as the Maid's Bedroom. It is not a particularly difficult hole but is certainly one of the most picturesque. The 382 yard Hole 11 offers a wide fairway giving the golfer an excellent chance to attack the elevated two-tier green. At first sight, the last few holes seem to provide a relatively easy finish, but don't be fooled.

Since the beginning in 1983, the Åland Golfclub has expanded its establishment to include 36 holes. The establishment is situated on a peninsula in a place of great natural beauty in between two sea shores in Kastelholm. There are two complete 18-hole courses, a pleasant club house that includes a café and a restaurant. Here are also a modern service house with office, pro shop, changing rooms and a sauna. The restaurant is fully licensed!
